Delivery is charged at £4.95.
Our courier service Federal Express deliver between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. After two failed delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to us where a member of our team will contact you by telephone to rearrange delivery at an additional cost of £4.95.
We aim to deliver your schoolwear within 7-10 working days. We cannot guarantee orders placed after mid August will be delivered by the start of the new term.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition not worn, altered or washed.
We do not cover the cost of returning or exchanging items. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and returning them to us.
Once we have received the items back to us we will then refund the cost of the items only.
Cancellation must be requested before we have dispatched the order. If you do wish to cancel an order placed you must contact our team on 02476 641212. Unfortunately we cannot offer cancelation on any personalised embroidered items.
